Harvard Business School, Initiative on Social Enterprise - The site provides links to social enterprise resources, research and publications, as well as information on getting involved in social enterprise activities.

National Network of Grantmakers - A network of organizations involved in funding social and economic justice, not a funding group. NNG is committed to the goal of increasing resources - financial and otherwise - to organizations working for social change. The site includes information on the Common Grant Application (CGA).

Independent Sector - A coalition of non-profits, foundations and corporations working to strengthen not-for-profit philanthropy and citizen action.

Business for Social Responsibility - A global non-profit membership organization that helps member companies achieve commercial success in ways that respect ethical values, people, communities and the environment.

GuideStar - Free database of information about non-profit organizations, including their 990-IRS forms. Donors can find information on the operations and finances of nonprofits, compare charities and monitor their performance.

Corporate Social Responsibility in Europe (CSR Europe) - A business-to-business membership organization created to help companies achieve profitability, sustainable growth and human progress by placing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the mainstream of business practice.

The Alliance for Non Profit Management - A professional association of individuals and organizations devoted to improving the management and governance capacity of non-profits. The site includes FAQ's on board development, financial management, strategic planning, fund raising and risk management.

The Council on Foundations - A non-profit membership association of grantmaking foundations and corporations that provides technical assistance, research, publications, conferences, workshops and legal services to grantmakers.
